Terms of Service
These Terms of Service govern your use of Vuppu and its AI-powered identity and content creation services.

Operator and contact
Vuppu is operated by Daniel Zigdon, at 18 MacDonald Street, Ramat Gan, Israel. For legal notices, account or product support, contact support@vuppu.app or use the Contact page.
Eligibility and accounts
Vuppu is intended for people aged 18 or over who can enter a binding agreement. Keep your credentials secure, provide accurate account details and notify support if you suspect unauthorized access. Do not share an account or attempt to bypass access controls.
Your photographs and permissions
Upload only images and other materials you own or have the necessary rights and informed permission to use, including permission from any identifiable person. You may not upload images of minors, impersonate people, create deceptive identity content or submit non-consensual intimate imagery.
AI identity, generation and accuracy
Vuppu trains a personal AI identity from photographs you choose to submit and uses AI services to generate or edit images. Results are synthetic, may differ from your appearance or instructions, may not be unique, and may contain visual mistakes. We do not guarantee any specific likeness, outfit, fidelity or outcome.
Input rights and processing permission
You retain rights you hold in your uploaded material. You give Vuppu a limited, non-exclusive permission to store, transform, transmit to necessary service providers and otherwise process that material solely to operate the features you request, maintain security and meet legal obligations. You must have authority to grant that permission.
Generated content and third-party rights
Subject to applicable law and third-party rights, you may use outputs generated for your account for lawful purposes. This is not a guarantee of copyright ownership, exclusivity, originality, non-infringement or permission to use another person’s likeness, brand or protected work.
My Style and personal fashion preferences
Saving a look with a heart or uploading a V+ fashion reference can trigger automated analysis of clothing and styling preferences. Active analyses can guide Vuppu Stylist decisions where the context is suitable. Removing a saved source deletes its linked analysis from Vuppu and stops using it for new decisions; it does not undo content already generated.
Vcredits and paid features
Vcredits are prepaid digital usage units, not money, a deposit or a transferable payment instrument. Packages are one-time purchases, not subscriptions. The applicable credit charge is shown in the product before an action; price and feature changes apply prospectively. Unused or used credits are subject to the Refund Policy and non-waivable consumer rights.
Payment reseller and refunds
Purchases of Vcredits are processed by the payment partner presented at checkout. Before completing an order, the checkout identifies the seller or merchant of record, the payment provider, total price, taxes when applicable, and relevant cancellation and refund information. See /refund for details. We do not currently operate a recurring subscription.
Prohibited conduct
Do not use Vuppu for unlawful activity, fraud, misleading impersonation, harassment, defamation, copyright or privacy infringement, exploitation of minors, non-consensual sexual imagery, unauthorized access, automated abuse, or circumvention of technical and safety safeguards. We may block harmful requests or suspend access when reasonably necessary.
Availability, failures and changes
AI processing depends on external infrastructure and can fail, be delayed or return unsuitable results. We may update, suspend or discontinue features for technical, legal or safety reasons. Where a charge is taken for a failed eligible generation, applicable credit adjustments and consumer remedies are governed by the product flow, Refund Policy and law.
Account closure and liability
You can request account deletion through Vuppu. Deletion of copies held by external providers and records retained under legal obligations may follow separate rules explained in the Privacy Policy. Nothing in these Terms excludes liability or consumer rights that cannot lawfully be limited.
Updates and governing rules
We may revise these Terms and publish a new version. Where required, we will seek acceptance of material changes before continued use. Any governing-law or dispute provision must respect mandatory protections applicable to consumers in their place of residence. Questions can be sent using the Contact page.
