Refund Policy
Vuppu sells one-time packages of Vcredits used to access AI generation features.

Scope and seller
Vuppu offers one-time prepaid Vcredit packages rather than a recurring subscription. The seller or merchant of record and the payment provider are identified during checkout. Transactions and applicable payment-related refund processes may be handled by that provider under the rules disclosed before payment.
Statutory cancellation and withdrawal
Consumer cancellation, withdrawal and refund rights depend on your location, the type of digital service and when it was supplied. Mandatory consumer protections always prevail over this Policy. A digital-product exception cannot be presumed merely because payment was made or credits were used.
Used and unused Vcredits
Using Vcredits for generation may affect eligibility for a discretionary refund where law permits; it does not automatically waive mandatory rights. A refunded purchase may lead to reversal of the associated unused credits or corresponding account adjustments.
Incorrect charges and failed processing
For duplicate charges, incorrect billing or non-delivery of a paid service, contact Vuppu support with your order or transaction reference and a description. Restoring credits after a failed generation is different from refunding a payment; the applicable procedure depends on your purchase and mandatory consumer rights.
How to request a refund
To ask for cancellation, withdrawal or a payment refund, contact Vuppu through the Contact page or support@vuppu.app. Where a payment provider or merchant of record handles refunds, you may also use the contact method identified on your receipt or at checkout. Provide your transaction reference, not your full payment-card number.
Payment of approved refunds
Approved payment refunds are handled by the relevant seller or payment provider, normally to the original payment method where possible, according to the terms disclosed at checkout and applicable law. Nothing in this Policy restricts non-waivable consumer rights.
